Mark E. Sloan
President & CEO
As co-founder of SynGlyphX, Mark Sloan brings more than two decades of experience in the technology industry to the company. He is a results-driven technology general manager experienced with new ventures as well as with the turn-around of existing businesses. As President and CEO, he brings particular focus to business development and marketing of SynGlyphX’s offerings as well as driving a strong operational foundation to enable scaling of the organization.
Prior to SynGlyhphX, Mark co-founded RTM Consulting, a global consulting firm focused on the technology services industry. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of Convergys’ Consulting and Professional Services Group, running a $375M P&L. He began his career at Accenture, working across a number of entrepreneurial ventures. Mark has a M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and has served as an Advisory Board Member for the Technology Professional Services Association (now Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA)).
Dave Warner MD, PhD
Chief Technology Officer & Principal Instigator
As founder of SynGlyphX, Dr. David Warner is uniquely qualified to oversee the design, development and roll-out of the company’s technology products and offerings. The core IP of SynGlyphX is the brainchild of Dr. Warner. In his role as Chief Technology Officer and Principal Instigator, he leads the research and development of SynGlyphX’s products and offerings.
Dave Warner, a medical neuroscientist with an MD/PhD from Loma Linda University, and director of the Institute for Interventional Informatics, has gained international recognition for pioneering new methods of physiologically based human-computer interaction.
Dr. Warner’s research efforts have focused on advanced instrumentation and new methods of analysis, which can be applied to evaluating various aspects of human function as it relates to human-computer interaction. His efforts are to identify methods and techniques that optimize information flow between humans and computers. Dr. Warner’s work has indicated an optimal mapping of interactive interface technologies to the human nervous system’s capacity to transduce, assimilate and respond intelligently to information in an integrative-multisensory interaction and will fundamentally change the way that humans interact with information systems.
Dr. Warner has a Ph.D., Physioinformatics, and a M.D., Doctor of Medicine, from Loma Linda University. He earned a B.A. in Physical Science from San Diego State University with an emphasis in Physics, Mathematics and Philosophy. Dr. Warner’s research has been widely published in various academic journals and other publications.
Vice President, Finance & Operations
Pam Kadlubek is a versatile financial and operations professional with more than 20 years of management experience. As VP, Finance and Operations, she is skilled at managing daily business administration and financial operations, communicating financial results to senior management and providing operational oversight. She is taking a lead role with respect to structuring and organizing SynGlyphX.
Pam has an M.B.A. from Loyola College, and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland.
Strategy and Product Development Lead
Jessica Morefield is Strategy and Product Development Lead at SynGlyphX, where she is responsible for bringing SynGlyphX technology to market. Prior to SynGlyphX, Jessica worked in the Central Intelligence Agency’s Counterterrorism Center. From 2006-2008, she was an analyst in the Directorate of Intelligence and from 2008-2012 she was a Collections Management Officer in the National Clandestine Service. While at the CIA, she earned four awards for exceptional performance in analysis and operations, as well as the CIA’s Meritorious Unit Citation. Jessica has traveled extensively in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia.
Jessica graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from Wellesley College in 2005 and studied at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, from 2003-2004. She graduated with distinction from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2013, with emphases in finance and strategy.
